Every gift in Wish List has been identified by our country teams to meet the specific needs of the children and communities we work with.
Your money is spent on the actual item you choose
When you buy a gift from Wish List your money is spent on the item that you have bought and in some cases the cost to transport the item (this is only the case when the country team would need to find new funding to deliver the item generated by Wish List); the price includes the cost of processing, postage and managing Wish List. If you also add a donation, your additional support will help to fund the whole of Save the Children's work.
ALL the money you spend goes to the people who need it most
Because we work in different countries with varying needs and costs, the price of a gift is an average price. If the actual cost of provision is less than the price you have paid, we will buy additional items. If the cost of provision is more than the price you have paid, we will combine the value of gift purchases to buy the item.
