Participants take part in tailored classroom learning, with topics ranging from problem solving, civic participation and positive mental health. They also have the opportunity to try activities like sailing, kayaking, walking and mountain biking.
The programme has been designed for participants aged 14 – 17. They are mentored and supervised by trained staff from Save the Children and the Mistletoe Bay Trust throughout the programme.
